Do customers have to place orders in advance?

Yes, apart from Daily Feasts, all other feasts must be booked in advance.

Do you open on Sundays?

Our kitchens do not open on Sundays at all. It is our day off and day of rest.

No, we do not! We ensure that all our suppliers meet or exceed independently assured animal welfare and food safety standards, all the way from farm to your table.

Does REAL CHIECKEN pay minimum wage?
Yes, we do! We do our best to pay slightly hire than the statutory minimum wage to our valued staff. We believe people should be well rewarded for their hard work, dedication and commitment. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Can I add to my online orders after payment?
Once your online order is confirmed and payment has been taken, it can no longer be changed. You can place a separate order, but it may not arrive at the same time as your original order, therefore it is essential that you take time to place you online order carefully, diligently ensuring that all your order is complete before making a payment.

Can I cancel my order at anytime?

You can cancel at any time before you place your order and make your payment, however, once your order is confirmed and payment has been taken, it can no longer be cancelled at all.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for yor order with a credit card or debit card online. For party catering or seasonal orders, aPayPal invoice can be sent to the customers to enable you to pay for your custom made orders. If customers are selecting a set feast package online, payment may be made online with a credit or debit card.

Can I change my delivery address?
For all Daily Feast & Weekend Feast Orders, once your order is confirmed and payment has been taken, your delivery address cannot be changed. Therefore, Please check and make absolutely sure that the delivery address supplied is correct before placing your order. Party orders and seasonal orders delivery address may be mended via email within 48 hours of placingthe order online.

Do you cater for events?

Yes, we cater for private parties, Pop-Up parties, Weekend parties, birthday parties, wedding & wedding anniversaries, corporate parties, hen night & stag nights, festivals, etc.

What types of poultry do you offer for Holiday Season?

For seasonal holidays feasts, we offer chickens raised traditionally for a minimum of 81 days. Our cockerels are slow grown for 125 days More than double the commercial practice and our turkeys are slow grown for a minimum of 180 days or more,

What are the deadline for Seasonal Holiday

Easter: No later than 15 of March.
Thanksgiving: No laterthan the 15 of November.
Christmas: No later than 15 December.
New Year's Day: No later than 15 December.
