At Real Chicken®, we are regularly reviewing the prices on the website. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, you the customer will only pay the price of goods ordered at the time of purchase. We do not accept liability for any ommisions, inaccuracies, commissions or errors in our product descriptions, including pictures, information and or stated prices. Please take appropriate steps to verify all information on the Sites before acting upon it. Actual product received when ordered may vary slightly from the pictures displayed on our website but the quality and quantity remains accurate and the same.

For orders placed which contains products currently unavailable or not in stock, a full refund of the product will be processed and credited back to the customer. Such refund and amount refunded will be by the same and refunded by the method with which you made the original payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for the transaction to be completed if applicable. We are not responsible for any discrepancies regarding the processing of a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For daily Customers may cancel their order(s) within 10 minutes of placing For weekend orders, event orders or holiday season orders, customers must cancel within 2 hours of placing the order to be entitled to a full refund. We are unable to cancel an order after this period.

AMMENDING ORDERS
When ordering you cannot make amendments/changes to your order after we have sent the dispatch confirmation. If the customer wish to make amendments to weekend, party, seasonal, catering orders, you will need to email us immediately to; [email protected] at your earliest convenience.

SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
Real Chicken® is a private & independent bsuiness; therefore, all our products are subject to availability only. Order requests are accepted at our sole discretion whilst we also maintain the right to decline orders without explanation. We stop accepting orders once our available daily or seasonal stock limit has been reached. Our products are well sought after, so advance booking is seriously advised in many cases.

Real Chicken® supply both perishable and non-perishable goods, so it is important that you follow the given instructions and labels on the goods as to their storage and shelf-life.

VIRUSES/LINKS

We do not guarantee that our Sites will be secure or free from bugs or viruses! Indeed we are unable to gurantee such. Also, You must not establish a link to our Sites in any website that is not owned by us. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

DELIVERY

Information about our delivery days and charges can be found on our website. We reserve the right to amend and change these at any time prior to your order being received or dispatched to you the client.

We deliver daily, weekend orders, party catering & sesonal orders placed within 30-45 minutes from our local destinations only. You may place an order for products if you live within 30 minutes of Edinburgh city, Scotland in any direction. Order may be delivered to homes, offices, hotels or other bona fide addresses.

LIABILITY NOTICE
Real Chicken® shall not be liable for any delays or failure of delivery of the goods that is caused by circumstances that is beyond our control or your failure to provide us with satisfactory delivery instructions, correct & accessible delivery address or any cogent/relevant instructions that are pertinent to the supply of goods to you. Immediately upon completion of delivery, the risk of the goods shall pass on to the customer.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
There is a requirement to sign for the goods on delivery. If there is no one at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted the delivery courier return the order back to base. A second attempt will NOT be made to deliver the food as they are perishable goods. If you give us specific delivery instructions in your Order (or prior to us sending you the Dispatch Confirmation) to leave the Goods at a neighbouring address or other place you nominate without obtaining a signature, we will do so. Goods are delivered entirely at your own risk and we will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage suffered.

If you have not given us specific delivery instructions in your Order (or prior to us sending you the Dispatch Confirmation) and your goods shall be disposed of. It is your responsibility to arrange for a safe collection of your goods. The Goods will be entirely at your own risk and we will not accept responsibility for any loss, spoils or damages suffered.

Collection by Customer:
Delivery of the Goods shall be deemed to have taken place when the Goods have been brough/delivered to the stated address given by the customer.
